For arrivals after 7:30 p.m., it is mandatory to complete the registration form and pay the total amount at least 48 hours before arrival. A supplement of EUR 50 will be charged. Keys can be collected from a locker located outside the office from 7:30 PM onwards. The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was delivered, or charges will apply. Optional final cleaning is available at an additional cost. - From April 1, 2026: €1.93 per person per night. The conditions for applying the tax remain unchanged: - It continues to apply only to people aged 17 or older (those aged 16 or younger are exempt). It applies to a maximum of the first 7 nights of stay per person. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
